TJ McFarland was born and raised in South King County. Delivered at home, by his own father, TJ was eager to make his mark on the world. As the youngest of three children, he soon learned the value of team work and negotiation. These skills became paramount when he began his career in Real Estate in 1995.
TJ has first hand knowledge of the local market areas, from South Bellevue to Tacoma. He has had the privilege of working with both buyers and sellers in residential resale, new construction, in addition to vacant land sales.
TJ is all about service. What’s important to one client, is not necessarily important to another. He prides himself on getting to know his clients. Communication is key to meeting his clients needs. This information allows him to guide and advise the client through the process of an ever changing real estate market. What was the norm yesterday, may not be the norm for today.
It’s this kind of service that has propelled TJ to the top of his field. Most recently, he has had the honor of being recognized in the Prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame for 2010. Year after year, his achievements have awarded him numerous prior accolades, such as the Platinum Club Award for Outstanding Achievement, and the Pacific Northwest Region, Above and Beyond Award.
When TJ isn’t helping others with their Real Estate needs, you can find him spending time with his wife Cindy of 28 years. Who just happens to be his High School sweetheart. His pride and joy are his two adult children. Mistie, who has her own thriving business as a hair dresser, and Skyler, who is currently serving as a Special Operations Navy Diver.
